BY MAIL - CHECK OR POSTAL MONEY ORDER: Use the online shopping cart which will add your items, calculate shipping and arrive at a total. Print TWO copies of your order by using your 'Print Icon' or 'CTRL+P' then exit without completing the transaction with 'Checkout'.

Steps for mail order: 1-Clearly 'Print' both your mailing address on one copy along with your email address so that we can email you your shipment tracking number (or contact you for any reason).

2-Enclose both copies with your payment, one will be returned to you as your Packing Slip. Personal checks must clear before order ships.

Delivery:  Please allow up to ten (10) business days for delivery in the continental United States after receipt of your completed payment.

REFUND POLICY:  We strive to offer quality products but if you are not completely satisfied, return the products within twenty (20) days of the delivery date for a full refund of product price paid, less shipping.  Include either; the transaction number, email address or last name used for the purchase thru Paypal to credit the appropriate order.

NO refund or replacement will be made for shave soap that has been degraded by microwave, oven process, double boiler process or any method of applied heat to my soap.  Please email me with any questions, comments or suggestions you may have.
